A small group is NOT a collection of perfect people who have life all figured out. A small group is for those of us who still need to grow, a safe place to ask questions, and who need others to help us when we mess things up. The beauty of being part of a group is walking the journey together, we then find the community and relationships we have longed for, even when its not perfect.
